Using technology such as the internet and good customer services skills to generate your pipeline is quickly becoming the only way to generate your pipeline. In the past, generating a pipeline was a daunting task and one filled with easy places to make mistakes. Getting your name out there in an efficient and cost effective way was difficult. The advent of the internet made generating a pipeline somewhat easier, although it is still crucial to develop good customer service skills.

By treating customers with respect, dignity and integrity, you can make a customer for life. Consider this: you sell a new car to a twenty something year old college graduate.
