		<description>This has some good points to catch your interest but I read a large amount of things that really do not belong in good business tips. ie. lying, knowingly avoiding, bashing of competition, and general trickery. Overcoming objections are best done in an honest fashion. You must avoid the quick fix for the long term gain.</description>

		<description>I truly think that humor is an excellent way to help ease customers.  It also helps alleviate a bit of tension which may cause a buyer to shy away from a sale.  As long as the humor is appropriate and tasteful and doesn't go to far .</description>
